GIN Cocktails

Whether it's a classic GIN FIZZ, a refreshing GIN tonic or a creative creation of your own - here you'll find everything that makes a GIN lover's heart beat faster.



 GIN FIZZ

 


Preparation

 5 cl GIN
3 cl fresh lemon juice
2cl sugar syrup
1 slice of lemon
soda
ice cubes
Thomas Henry soda

Recommendation

Bombay Sapphiere GIN

Firstly, pour the GIN into a shaker with a few ice cubes, sugar syrup and lemon juice and shake everything well.
If you do it right, you will get a frothy crown of GIN FIZZ.
Then pour the GIN FIZZ into a highball glass, which also contains a few ice cubes. Now top up with soda and garnish with a slice of lemon.




Bramble



Preparation

5cl GIN
2cl fresh lemon juice
1cl sugar syrup
3 tbsp blackberry syrup
ice cubes
8 - 10 blackberries

Recommendation


Bombay Bramble GIN

Firstly, place 6-8 blackberries in the tumbler and crush them with a pestle. Now add the ice cubes, GIN, lemon juice and sugar syrup in the specified quantity and stir. Now take a suitable glass, fill it and garnish with the last blackberries. To finish, you can add a mint leaf as an eye-catcher if you have one.



La Dolce Vita Spritz




Preparation

4cl GIN
5cl San Pelligrino Arancita lemonade
5cl Prosecco
3 - 4 blackberries
1 grapefruit slice
1 sage leaf
ice cubes

Recommendation


Malfy GIN CON Arancia

First pour the ice into a glass. Then pour the GIN over the ice cubes and then add the blackberries. Top up with the Prosecco. Finally, garnish with the grapefruit slice and sage leaf.

Negroni


Preparation

4cl GIN
3cl Italian bitter aperitif
3cl sweet vermouth
slice of orange
ice cubes

Recommendation

Malfy GIN Originale

First pour ice into a glass. Then pour the gin, bitter aperitif and vermouth over the ice. Garnish with a slice of orange.

Gimlet

 

Preparation

6 cl dry GIN
2/4 cl Lime Cordial (e.g. Rose's Lime Juice)
ice cubes

Lime zest as garnish

Recommendation

Tanqueray No. 10


Pour all the ingredients into a glass and stir for approx. 30 seconds until cold. Now garnish with a lime zest and optionally add a splash of lime juice.
